Chyrel's Recipes From Friends

Mushrooms a La Bordelaise  
Serves 4

1 pound mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 ounces small julienne of ham
1 teaspoon each of fresh minced parsley, chervil, chives, and tarragon

Sauté the mushrooms in the butter and lemon juice until limp. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic, ham, and herbs, and sauté until done.
