Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Directions
Cook broccoli without salt according to package directions. Drain. Cut spears
after cooked. Sauté onion in butter or margarine. Mix onion, soups and milk in
8" x 11 1/2" baking dish. Add broccoli and rice. Cover with cheese and almonds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
