Green Beans with Blue Cheese and
Roasted Peppers

Ingredients
1 bag (20 ounces) frozen cut green beans
1/2 jar (about 3 ounces) roasted red pepper strips, drained and slivered
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup blue cheese (3 ounces), crumbled
1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart oval casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine green beans, red pepper strips, salt and pepper in prepared dish.
Place cream cheese and milk in small saucepan; heat over low heat, stirring
until melted. Add blue cheese; stir only until combined. Pour cheese mixture
over green bean mixture and stir until green beans are coated.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over
casserole.
BAKE, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly
