Lemon Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
2 to 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 to 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
Directions
In large saucepan, cook cauliflower in 1 inch boiling water with juice of 1/2
lemon 5 to 10 minutes for flowerets, 15 to 20 minutes for whole cauliflower or
until tender; drain. To serve, sprinkle cauliflower with remaining juice of 1/2
lemon and butter. Combine Parmesan cheese and paprika; sprinkle over
cauliflower. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with lemon
cartwheel twists and parsley, if desired.
