Ingredients: 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach 1 c. cooked rice 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. soft butter 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary 1/3 c. milk 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Method: Cook and drain spinach. Mix with cooked rice, cheese, eggs (slightly beaten), butter, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish. |
