Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons butter or margarine 3 cups cooked rice 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1&1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Method: Cook nuts with pepper flakes in butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until nuts are lightly browned. Add rice, cheese and parsley; stir until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings. |
