Ingredients: 2 lb package of frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 tsp pepper 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 Cup grated cheese 2 Cups cornflakes Method: Mix all ingredients and place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes and drizzle the butter over the flakes. Bake at 350 for 45 min. |
