Ingredients: 1 (24 oz.) can sweet potatoes or yams, drained 3 ripe bananas 1 tsp. cinnamon brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. Macadamia nuts 1/4 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/4 c. melted butter Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash sweet potatoes or yams and bananas. Stir in cinnamon and salt. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle a thin layer of brown sugar on top. Chop Macadamia nuts. Mix together the chopped nuts and corn flakes and sprinkle on top of the brown sugar. Pour melted butter over top and bake 45 to 50 minutes. |
