Creamed Pea Casserole

1 c. canned mushrooms (stems and pieces)
2 1/2 tbs. butter
2 1/2 tbs. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
10 oz. frozen peas

In a sauce pan, sauté mushrooms in butter. Blend in flour and cream cheese Gradually stir in milk. Combine with peas in a 1 qt. casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 450 for 25-30 min.
Serves 6.
