Ingredients: 3 cups zucchini slices 1 cup onion, cut in ring slices 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 cup chopped tomatoes Grated Romano Cheese (or Parmesan) Method: Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes.
