Chyrel's Recipes From Friends
Vegetables Romano

Ingredients:
3 cups zucchini slices
1 cup onion, cut in ring slices
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Grated Romano Cheese (or Parmesan)

Method:
Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes; continue cooking over low heat 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Romano.
4 servings.
