750 grams Brussel sprouts
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons orange rind -- grated
salt & pepper
Trim and clean the sprouts. Cut the large ones in half, lengthwise. Steam the sprouts for about 10 minutes, until barely tender when pierced with a knife. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sprouts and heat through. Toss with orange juice, rind, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
