2 medium sized onions
1 green pepper
11/2 cups celery
4 Tablespoons bacon drippings
1 quart can tomatoes
3 Tablespoons tomato paste
Pepper sauce of your choice
CUT UP ONIONS,GREEN PEPPER,AND CELERY.fRY IN BACON DRIPPINGS
FOR 15 TO 20 MIN. ADD TOMATOES AND TOMATO PASTE.LET SIMMER
SLOWLY TO A THICK CONSISTENCY FOR 30 TO 45 MIN. ADD PEPPER SAUCE
TO TASTE.15 MIN BEFORE SERVING ADD SHRIMP.SERVE WITH DRY RICE.
