German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

1 1lb.2.25oz box Pillsbury Plus
1-8oz package cream cheese
German chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter or margerine softened
11/4 cup water
1 pound confectioners sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 cup pecans
3 eggs
1 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350 Deg. Mix cake mix as directed on box,adding water and eggs
as listed.set aside batter.Beat cream cheese,butter and confectioners sugar until
smooth. set that aside.
Combine chopped pecans and coconut.Sprinkle in bottom of greased and floured
9x13 pan.Sprinkel Spoon prepared mix on top of coconut and pecans.Next spoon cream
cheese mixture over cake mix and pull knife gebtly throughout to evenly spread
it over batter.
Bake in the 350 oven 45 min.until top begins to crack and center is no longer
runny.
Some time I turn it over and out when i feel lucky and at times I cut it in
the pan.
How ever you do it,it is still good.
