Sicilian Wedding Cookies 2 cups butter 1 1/2 tsp. water 2 cups flour 4 tbsp. confectioner's sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped Cream butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients. Roll into small balls (a little larger than marbles) and place on non-greased cookie sheet. Chill for 1 hour. Bake 375° for 15-20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again when cool. Yield: 50 cookies
