Stuffed Bread

Stuffed Bread Use a pack of Rhodes frozen bread for this.
Let it thaw in the fridge until you can roll it out.
(Don't let it rise too long in there.)
Roll it out to about 8" wide and about 12" long.
Spread with garlic butter then add some Romano.
Put a cover of salami or pepperoni cut in small pieces on it.
Add some shredded provolone or the kind you like on it.
Add some garlic powder, and roll it up.
Put in a bread pan 8" X 4" and paint the top of it with a little more garlic butter
and sprinkle more Romano on it.
Let it rise for about 15 to 20 minutes in a warm place, and bake in preheated oven
at 350 for 25 minutes.
If you use a lot of cheese in the middle, it won't get as done as the rest of the bread.
Just don't pile it too high and it will be OK.
In fact, it will be real good, and it smells good when it bakes with all the garlic and
good stuff in it.

Try it and enjoy. It is also good with pizza sauce on it when it is cut also.
We mostly eat it plain.
