Weight Watchers Salmon Spread Recipe

1 Carton (8 oz) Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 Tbs grated onion
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 Tsp prepared mustard
1 can (14.5 oz) Salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
2 Tbs minced fresh parsley

Crackers or bread


In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and mustard. Stir in the salmon. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers or as a sandwich spread. Makes 2 cups. Serving size 1/4 Cup and 2 Points.
