Weight Watchers Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1 cup applesauce
2 cups pumpkin (1 large can)
3 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup water
3 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each: nutmeg, ground cloves, cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Mix applesauce, pumpkin, sugar and eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Spray cooking spray in the bottom of three 8" loaf pans. Divide dough
between pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.

This recipe makes three small loaves, 36 servings total. 2 POINTS per
