Weight Watchers Turkey Quiche Recipe

WW Turkey Quiche

2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 large carton Egg Beaters (or other egg substitute)
1/2 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic
1 bag chopped broccoli, cooked and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs

Spray a pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle the plate with the bread
crumbs, shaking around to coat the plate. Combine all the other ingredients.
Pour into the pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until set.

6 servings, 2 POINTS each (entire pie is 12 points)
