Crockpot Ham and Lima Beans (6 PTS)

1 pound dry lima beans - soaked overnight
1 whole chopped onion
1 whole green pepper -- chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 pound extra lean ham or bacon (up to 1/2 lb) -- cut in small pieces
1 cup water
1 can tomato soup
Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10
hours, high 4 to 5 hours. Can be served with hot corn bread.
