Weight Watchers Chili Hot Sloppy Joes Recipe

1 (22-oz.) can chili beans
1 tablespoon oil
6 sandwich buns, split, buttered and toasted
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 spoon salt
1-3 tablespoons prepared mustard

Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until lightly browned, stirring as it cooks. Push to one side of the pan and cook until softened.

Drain off excess fat. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard and chili beans. Simmer slowly 15 to 30 minutes.

Spoon onto sandwich buns. Serve hot.
