Weight Watchers Feta Stuffed Chicken Burgers Recipe

Slightly salty feta cheese adds a kick to these poultry-based burgers. Nobody will even miss the beef!

1 lb. Tyson Ground Chicken, or other brand
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
7 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled
4 small wheat pita(s)
4 pieces lettuce, romaine
4 pieces jarred roasted red peppers (water-packed), sliced
5 small black olives, sliced (about 4 tsp.)

Preheat grill or broiler.

Mix chicken, oregano, garlic powder and feta together in a medium- size bowl; divide mixture into four balls and then press them into patties.

Grill or broil until the internal temperature of the burgers reaches 165F, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side.

Serve each burger in a pita with a lettuce leaf, 1/4 of peppers and 1 teaspoon of olives.
