Weight Watchers Sweet Snacking Sandwich Recipe

1 banana
1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1-oz. nonfat cream cheese
2 cinnamon raisin English muffins, split and toasted
4 ripe strawberries, thinly sliced

Combine, 1/2 the banana, the ricotta, and the cream cheese in a blender. Whirl just until smooth.

Thinly slice the remaining banana half.

Spread the banana mixture evenly over the muffin. Top with overlapping slices of banana and strawberries.

Per serving 1 open sandwich (4 servings) 3 points per serving
