Mexican Pot Roast

1 pork roast
2-3 cans of green chili's
garlic salt (to taste)
shredded cheddar cheese
tortillas (burrito size)
sour cream (optional)
Put the pork roast in a crock pot with the green chili's and garlic salt
at least a teaspoon. Put on low and leave 6-8 hours. Using a large
fork tease the meat apart to shred. Taste and add more garlic salt
if desired - or even another can of chili's if you want.
To serve: Warm tortillas and serve burrito style with cheese and sour
cream (if desired).
