4 Mission® Soft Wheat Flour Tortillas
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 large Onion sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
3/4 lb. Swordfish cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 Tbsp. prepared Pesto
1 Tomato diced
1 peeled Avocado sliced and diced
1. Heat oil in heavy, large skillet over Medium-High heat. Saute the fish until
almost cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add onions and peppers and saute until
