Root Beer Bread

2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup pureed pumpkin
2 eggs
1/4 cup Root beer
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 T. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl, mix eggs and add pumpkin, Root beer, and sugar. Beat until smooth; stir in yogurt. Add dry ingredients in batches, beating till smooth after each addition. Fold in nuts and butter. Pour into a greased loaf pan to bake. Bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees.
There is alot of liquid in this recipes and requires a long baking period.
