Chocolate Pecan Icebox Cake Recipe

Chocolate Pecan Icebox Cake             

1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. chopped pecans
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add cocoa, flour, cooking oil, water and pecans, blending well. Gently fold in whites. Turn into spring-form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Refrigerate after cake cools. Delicious with ice cream.
