Chinese Chicken and Broccoli

1 head broccoli, cut up
2 onions, chopped
2 Cups chicken broth
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken cubed
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Stir-fry together the broccoli, onions and chicken in 2 tablespoons oil. Add broth and cook 2 minutes. Set aside in bowl. Mix the chicken, cloves and ginger together, adding 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar to chicken cubes. Stir-fry chicken mixture until chicken is done. Add broccoli mixture and reheat together. Serve with rice.
