Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

1 1/4 cups cream
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons butter
pinch salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup Splenda or Equal Spoonful or Equal Measure

Add cocoa & salt into a small saucepan, gradually stir in cream.Mixture will be very thick but will thin out. Add butter & place over medium heat; cook until just simmering, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, stir well to blend. Pour into a container & store covered in the fridge. Sauce is spoonable like fudge or set out at room temp until it is pourable, about 1 hour. Makes 2 cups{32 tbsp.}@ 2.2 carbs minus 0.7 grams fiber=1.5 carbs per Tablespoon.
NOTE: It does have a bittersweet taste but goes well with the sweeter desserts.
