12 oz Evaporated milk (1 can)
1 3/4 cup Sugar
4 oz Unsweetened chocolate (4 -squares)
1/4 cup Margarine
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Salt
Combine the milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, to a rolling boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Add the chocolate and stir until smooth and melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Makes enough for two gift containers or hog it up all for yourself!
