Weight Watchers Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe


WW: Cantaloupe Smoothie

 

1/4 melon  cut into chunks
1 frozen banana cut into pieces ( before freezing )
1/3 cup orange juice 3 fl. oz.
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon unprocessed wheat bran
2 fluid ounces skim milk



In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, banana, OJ, yogurt, and bran. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
