WW: Mocha Cooler
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
1/8 teaspoon orange extract (optional)
1 1/2 cups skim milk
In microwave safe bowl or glass measure, combine sugar and cocoa; stir in water.
Microwave at high (100% power) 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until mixture boils.
Stir in instant coffee and orange extract. Stir in milk. Fill four 8 ounce
glasses with crushed ice. Pour cocoa mixture into glasses and serve
